Mississippi Glitch

Drawing inspiration from the haunting slide guitars, weathered harmonicas, and deeply expressive vocals of early Delta blues, DJ Luna Grayce pushes these sounds into an entirely different dimension. Thunderous industrial techno, distorted basslines, aggressive dubstep wobbles, mechanical percussion, and fractured electronic rhythms collide with the unmistakable character of American blues. The result is gritty, dark, hypnotic, and unapologetically EDM, yet grounded in the emotional power of the music that inspired it.

The album unfolds as a continuous story. Beginning with Dust on the Shellac, an ordinary blues recording reveals a mysterious electronic presence that sends its listener aboard the supernatural Freight Train Ghost and toward a midnight encounter at the crossroads. A dangerous bargain in The Deal unleashes a musical transformation, carrying the story through the electrified celebration of Neon Juke Joint, the devastating waters of Floodwater, and the awakening industrial rhythms of Mechanized Blues. When The Curse of Boll Weevil infects the machinery itself, the journey turns toward a final reckoning Down at the Crossroads, before culminating in the explosive electronic finale, Overdrive.
